Step 3:Wait for our confirmation via email, blog or SMS on delivery charges, payment due and etc.
Step 4:Make payment (bank-in/ online-banking/ online-transfer) to our Maybank or CIMB account or arrange for Cash On Delivery (COD) - only RM50 & above.
Step 5:Send us a notification after payment done.You may notify us by:-
Enter our email at recipient email if online transfer, or
Leaving a comment on our blog, or
SMS to GiftsBay at 010 2778537 (DiGi).
Please include your ID (which will be provided) for notification.
Then wait for your ordered products to reach your doorstep.For any enquiries, you can always e-mail us at giftsbay@live.com or contact us at 010 2778537 (DiGi).

Terms & Conditions
1. Products ordered may be reserved for a maximum period of 3 days awaiting payment transaction. Order will be cancelled if no payment is done within the said period.
2. Products will only be sent out after payment has been cleared and confirmed.
3. No changes or refund are allowed once payment has been made.
4. Normally, products will be post on every Saturday and the cutoff time for payment transaction is 12.00 noon Saturday for the week. Next post day for the products will be the following Saturday if payment made after cut off time. (On the spot posting can be arrange and actual post date will be confirm when payment done)
5. Buyers are to bear all delivery charges (between RM6-RM12) by Poslaju Malaysia.
6. Delivery charges will be determined by the weight of your ordered products and recipient’s location.
7. Cash On Delivery (COD) - only RM50 & above can be arranged and is solely depends on GiftsBay final decision.
8. All goods sold are NEW and in good condition. We will not be held responsible under any situation for any loss or damages incurred during delivery.
9. Buyers are agreeing to the GiftsBay's Terms & Conditions upon placing an order.
